Delivery policy and methods

 

  • Free delivery in Amman.
  • Domestic Express with Aramex : door- to- door solutions to main cities in Jordan outside Amman.
  • Delivery withen (48) hours , the following rates are in (JOD):
      1. Rate per waybill up to 15 (kg) – 5 JOD outside Amman and inside Jordan.
      2. Rate for shipment weight above 15 (kg) – each additional 15 (kg) will charge Extra 5 JOD.
      3. For shipment that required Aqaba stamp a JOD 2.50 will be added in addition to the shipping charges per shipment.
  • Non-delivered shipments due to consignee being closed or not available will be re-attempted for delivery next business day .If shipment still undelivered after three trials, it will be returned back.
